Short Poem

A ray of light breaking the days of rain
Shedding light on the darkness of a cold week
Could seem like spring, maybe summer too,
If it wasn't for trees still sleeping
While waiting and the puddles frozen
In the cold ground.
But maybe in the end that really doesn't matter
Maybe happiness is attention to the little things
And acceptance of the bigger picture ahead
No matter how small it's the details that really count.
And maybe today i don't want to cry
The failures are still there along with everything else
All the things that drive me mad
All the things that make me want to break down
Oh well, among the caos there is also some order
Better focus on that and send the rest to hell.
But maybe happiness is not worrying about all this
Today it works this way, tomorrow is going to change
And maybe all the tears that fell...
Just fed the seeds for a new smile to blossom.
